Getting started

Tap Log reading, type your blood sugar (mg/dL or mmol/L), pick a tag like fasting or post-meal, and save. That’s it — your reading appears on Today, in your trends, and in History.

Common questions

Does Baseline measure my blood sugar?

No. Baseline is an honest log — you enter readings from your meter or CGM. It never claims to measure blood sugar from your phone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your readings stay on your device and sync through your own private iCloud. We don’t collect or see them. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I sync with Apple Health?

Open Settings in the app, turn on Apple Health sync, and allow access. New readings are saved to Health, and you can import glucose from your meter and other apps.

What’s in Baseline Plus?

Logging is always free. Plus adds full 30/90-day trends, estimated A1C, doctor-ready PDF & CSV export, and unlimited reminders — as a yearly plan with a 7-day free trial, a monthly plan, or a one-time Lifetime unlock.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to change or cancel. You keep every reading you’ve logged.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search Baseline, and choose a size. It shows your latest reading and today’s time in range.

Emergencies

Baseline is a private log, not a medical device, and doesn’t give medical advice. For a severe high or low, confusion, or fainting, call your local emergency number.
